Signature Nagar Resort provides an accommodation to its lovely guests in District Nagar, at main Karakoram Highway. It is a prime location where you can experience the view of magnificent Rakaposhi Mountain. Rakaposhi, also known as Dumani, is one of the mountains in Karakoram range, is the 27th highest mountain in the world & 12th highest in Pakistan. It is the only peak on Earth that drops directly, uninterrupted, for almost 6000m from the summit to the base.
Signature Nagar is the first step towards the promotion of Nagar Valley in a traditional as well as modern way. This resort offers accommodation in a style. You can choose from standard and executive rooms to stay as per your choice OR experience the joy of living in a camping pod with a clearest view of Rakaposhi Mountain when you wake up in the morning. Checkin & Checkout
Check-in time is 2pm. In case of arrival before 2pm and after 4pm, the room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in is before 8am, previous night will be charged.
Check out time is 12pm noon. 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late check-out. After 6pm, full rent will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmed reservations can be cancelled/amended at least 48 hours prior to arrival, in order to avoid one night cancellation charges. In case of NO SHOW, first night will be charged 100% upon agreed room rates.
In case of roadblock or flight cancellation, no charges will be applied, and the advance payment will be refunded in 10-15 working days. The client must provide the proof via email.
House Rules
Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited. Guests are requested to smoke in the open areas, such as lawn and parking.
Breakfast will be served between 8am to 11am. The Kitchen will be closed between 11.30pm to 8am.
All the guests are requested to return the room key at the reception at check-out.
The Hotel and its management will not be held responsible in case of any loss or damage to the valuable items of guests.
Terms & Conditions
The above room rates are subject to government taxes. For confirmation of reservations, 50% advance will be required. All the transactions shall be made online.
All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis unless guaranteed by valid credit card/company letter or an advance deposit.
Extra Mattresses will be provided on demand on a separate charge.

Location & Nearby Attractions
Signature Nagar Resort is located on the main KKH and at Rakaposhi Viewpoint Nagar, and is accessible to from Gilgit and Hunza within an hour drive.
Restaurant
The restaurant at the resort provides Pakistani, Indian as well as Chinese cuisines. Bar-BQ can be prepared on demand. Additionally, there are experienced local chefs who prepare traditional dishes of the Nagar Valley and entire Gilgit-Baltistan. You will love the taste of authentic foods.
Sight Seeing near Resort
Minapin Valley should be on your list when in Nagar. You can also visit Nagar Viewpoint, where you can see the entire valley with the backdrop of Rakaposhi.
Pissan is an elevated valley, you will have to hire a local jeep/prado for an off-road ride. At the top, there is a natural stadium which in future will be used for sports and matches. Also, you can see the glacier erupting from Rakaposhi.
S.A.S Valleys are the most beautiful part of Nagar, these are three valleys and mainly famous for their spring blossoms and then the greenery in summers.
Adventure
Interested in Adventure? You can experience ziplining and zip-cycling at the resort. Ask for information at the front desk.
Day Trips
Hopper Valley – Hopper Valley is situated in Nagar Khas and has splendid views. You can also visit the hopper glacier and can watch the movement of Ibex, if get lucky. This valley is less-visited, therefore, you will be able to enjoy the serenity and calm around.
Miacher Kho – Another beautiful valley with green meadows and less-visited area. It can only be accessed on a 4×4 vehicle.
Attabad Lake & Passu Cones – It takes almost 1.5 hours by car to reach at the viewpoint of Passu Cones from resort. The cathedral shaped Passu Cones and Passu Glacier is a must visit place. On the way back, you can stop at Attabad lake and spend quality time there while enjoying some adventurous water sports.
Altit & Baltit Forts – These forts are more than 600 years old, which are now preserved and run by Agha Khan Foundation & Serena Hotels. There are museums inside both forts, the guided tour is much recommended. At the end, you will have plenty of time for shopping in Karimabad Bazar for traditional handicrafts.
Hiking
If you have built a good stamina and like to hike often, then do plan for Rakaposhi Basecamp hike. It takes 5 to 7 days for a round trip, and included camping stays throughout. Only recommended with a professional local guide.

It is on prime location and the food is tasty. Everyone can come and have food along the beautiful view. You can also enjoy zipline here.
